I mapped and validated both buyer and seller journeys to align business goals with real-world behaviors.

Held off on adding popular searches until post-launch, allowing real user behavior to shape relevant suggestions.
Enabled smart autofill of city and state through PINCODE input to simplify seller onboarding and reduce manual effort.

Colours

The stakeholders requested red as the primary brand color, so we used #BB3C41 a shade that signals discounts, urgency, and action, instantly grabs attention, and aligns with how users recognize deals.

Standard Material Icons were selected to ensure visual familiarity, ease of recognition, and quick integration within the UI framework.
